Ongoing R&D
at RJSC focuses on developing products in response to specific market
needs. Our success in these endeavors is based on our unique access
to the very newest resin technologies, our understanding of the
latest building materials, our continuous and close dialogue with
users and manufacturers, and our expertise at applying technologies
to construction materials.
The newest products,
just introduced or in final development stages, are:
Responding to expressed
market need for integral and topical architectural coloring of an ever-broadening
range of substrates, RJSC has continued to develop proprietary chemical
technology in liquid dyes to include two new formulations: M-Type™
Colloidal Dyes, the only liquid dyes that are chemically compatible with
selected engineered cements; and E3-Type™ Colloidal Dyes, specifically
for use in RJSC’s StoneLok™ “E3” 51% water-borne
epoxy.
A super-high-durability 3rd generation resin-based finish with 2x the
hardness and last of conventional commercial floor waxes. For tile, sealed
concrete/cement, dimensional stone, and all StoneLok™-sealed floors.
Available in Gloss or Low Gloss. Also with Anti-Skid.
A newest generation
high-durability epoxy for use as a finish coat for fast-track projects
offers high abrasion resistance, virtually no yellowing over time, plus
high flow and leveling. With about 51% solids, can be used in a thick
film mode. For use over RJSC primers or directly over concrete, brick,
engineered cement, and acid stains, as a color enhancing coating. The
successor to RJSC’s StoneLok “E”.
RJSC scientists have developed and perfected the only totally water-borne organo-silane chemistry available. (All other organo-silanes are solvent-borne). A non-flammable, high-performance, fast-drying, easy-to-use solution with an extremely long pot life, its function is to increase the bond between substrate and sealer, minimize risks of unknown surface conditions, and provide a “2nd hydration” for new cements.
A superior surface densifier for concrete and other cementitious substrates with a unique surfactant blend to deliver deep penetration. Allows for vapor emission
while hardening and densifying the surface to decrease moisture permeability and porosity. Zero VOC.
A single component
non-color-enhancing modified urethane that offers superb adhesion and
chemical-resistance, high flow and leveling for easy application, plus
abrasion resistance higher than many epoxies and among the highest of
any urethane. A step-up from StoneLok “MLT Plus” and StoneLok
“10” -- and for use on engineered cement, concrete, natural
stone, brick, tile and more. |
