There is no charge for dry samples of "closest available" blends, with a usual limit of 3 colors/project. There is a modest charge for additional samples. In the event we have no blends that are close, a color trial charge, typically under $50, may be incurred.
Integral means the dye is added to the water to become part of the cement mix. Topical means the color is mixed with an RJSC color carrier and applied over standard cement, concrete or stone.

Yes. You can achieve a stained look using RJSC water-borne dyes and color carriers. Use O-S/W™ ColorLok™ and our S-Type™ Dyes; or 200-Series™ with our E-Type™ Dyes.
Yes. RJSC dyes are all automobile grade lightfast. But please specify intended use when you order because for certain reds, we use a higher grade pigment (not used in standard blends because of higher price).
RJSC has blends for hundreds of integral and topical colors, too many for a standard chart. Instead, you provide the color and we cross reference for you. (See FAQ "How do I select a color?)
RJSC uses widely available paint charts such as from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams as references. Once you select a color, we cross-reference our vast inventory to let you know what is available for the specific medium you require.

The abrasion-resistance of RJSC sealers is the highest or near highest in each class (urethane, epoxy, acrylic blend, etc.). With normal use and proper care, our coatings will typically last many years. In addition, a refresh coat can easily be applied at any time.
A system of 2 coats StoneLok™ "E3" (or G-Series™ Primer) plus one coat StoneLok "2K" (CT or standard) has been thoroughly tested and proven to deliver highest protection of concrete and cementitious countertops, vanities, tables and the like. Use of the O-S/W™ Substrate Conditioner is sometimes recommended. Please contact us (click here) for the name of the Distributor who would handle your countertop sealing requirements.
RJSC products can be roller applied except over certain substrates with very limited absorbency. That said, it is preferable to use an HVLP or airless sprayer in most cases.

RJSC StoneLok™ sealers for countertops, bartops and tables deliver the highest available abrasion, stain and heat resistance. Nonetheless, these surfaces are typically exposed to a many types of contamination and can therefore be sites for bacteria to thrive. Using the correct cleanser will keep the surfaces clean and resistant to discoloration, odor and other effects of fungal and microbial contamination. Click here for information on StoneClean™ Plus.

Standard products generally ship within 24 hours. Average size custom orders (dyes) generally ship next day. Large volume custom orders are on a case by case basis, but generally ship within 3 - 5 days unless raw materials or other inventory situation cause a production delay.
Custom products cannot be returned. Standard product is typically accepted for re-stocking within 30 days under the condition that there are no outstanding invoices. An RJSC RTA authorization is required. Up to 80% of the sale price is available as a credit against future orders for products that pass QC. This credit must be utilized within 90 days. RJSC does not offer refunds.
